KATHMANDU, Apr 29 : Nepal has declared three-day national mourning beginning Wednesday following Saturday's massive earthquake that killed over thousands of people and injuring tens of thousands. The emergency meeting of the Council of Ministers Tuesday decided to fly the national flags in half mast in all government offices and diplomatic mission abroad. "This is a national tragedy in which we have lost thousands of our loved ones and the government has decided to mourn the death of our brothers and sisters nationwide for three days," Prime Minister Sushil Koirala said in a televised address to the nation Tuesday.
