Premier Leasing and Finance Limited ((PLFL) has organised its board meeting at the company's head office in the city at 3:30pm on April 27, 2015.
The PLFL board members will consider its audited financial statements for the year that concluded on December 31, 2014 in the meeting.
The meeting also fix the date of the company's 13th annual general meeting (AGM) and shall also take decision regarding recommendation of dividend for the same year.
