The board of directors of Bangas Limited has decided to issue rights shares at 3R:1 (i.e. 3 rights share for every 1 existing share) at par for expansion of the existing manufacturing plant through importation and installation of modern high tech European origin biscuits machinery (hard and soft) and other ancillary equipments subject to the approval of the shareholders at extraordinary general meeting (EGM) as well as the regulatory authority.
The company's EGM will be held at 10am on May 26, 2015 at Institution of Diploma Engineers in the city. Record date for EGM is on May 4, 2015.
