The board of directors of National Tea Company Limited (NTC) has recommended 20 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year that ended on December 31, 2014. The company's annual general meeting (AGM) will be held at 10am on July 31, 2015 at Hotel Purbani in the capital. Record date is on July 14, 2015. The company has also reported Net Profit after Tax of Tk 42.09 million, EPS of Tk 6.38, NAV per share of Tk 126.20 and NOCFPS of Tk 16.38 for the year that ended on December 31, 2014.
