A team of two students namely Olivia Bax and Sam Llewellyn Jones from Slade School of Fine Arts, University College London (UCL) of the United Kingdom (UK), on Monday called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor (VC) Prof Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique at the latter's office in the university.
Chairperson of DU Department of Sculpture, Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof Lala Rukh Selim and other faculty members were also present on the occasion.  During the meeting, they discussed matters of mutual interests especially about ongoing exchange of research and academic issues of fine arts between the two academic institutions. DU VC thanked the British student team for their visit and expressed keen interest on academic and research activities of the university.
