The family members of death-row war criminal Muhammad Kamaruzzaman visited him at the Dhaka central jail on Saturday afternoon.
It may be their last visit to Kamaruzzaman. Twenty one family members of the Jamaat leader went to the jail around 4:10pm with two micro-bus.
Sources said Kamaruzzaman’s two sons could not meet their father as they have been staying abroad.
Hasan Ekram has been studying in Sweden while Hasan Zaman is in Malaysia for his telecommunication job.
Earlier in the day, the jail authorities asked the family members to meet the jamaat assistant secretary general between 4:00pm and 5:00pm.

The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on Monday rejected Jamaat senior assistant secretary general M Kamaruzzaman's review petition against its previous verdict upholding the death penalty handed down
by the International Crimes Tribunal-2 for his war crimes.
A four-member bench of the Appellate Division, headed by Chief Justice SK Sinha, dismissed the review petition of the Jamaat leader.
