Cinema actor Riaz and TV actress Tarin will be seen together again. After almost six years of staying apart the duo will be cast in a drama titled-'Tel (Oil)'. The drama will be aired on a channel in the upcoming Eid. In the drama, Riaz will play the role of Ali Hossain, an office clerk. Tarin as Rebeka will act as his wife, who thrives to make ends meet in her poverty-ridden family. To make matters worse suddenly one day Ali Hossain finds himself in an even more trying situation. In his comments about the drama Riaz said that it will be one of those rare experiences which leave a mark in the memory. He also added that "Tarin is an actress of high grandeur; she always digs deep into her character." While acknowledging the skill of the director Abu Raihan Jewel, Tarin said that scripts selected by Abu Raihan are always fused with a message. Ashraful Chancal is the scriptwriter of the drama. The shooting of the drama ended recently at a house of Din-Nath-Sen Road, Gendaria in the city.
Riaz and Tarin first appeared together in the drama 'Ognibalika' (2001) which is a recapturing of life led by freedom fighter Birshrestho Matiur Rahman. In the drama Riaz acted as Matiur Rahman and Tarin as Mili, the martyred pilot's spouse. Then Riaz and Tarin acted in 'Hridoypur Er Golpo' by Mohon Khan. They last appeared in Raihan Khan's 'Sukher Oshukh'. Riaz has already finished shooting for the movie 'Sweetheart.' Tarin is already to start acting for Dipankar Dipon's drama serial 'Grandmaster'. She has also finished her shooting in a telefilm 'Shohorjora Poragondho.'
