2 Bangladeshis abducted in Libya return home

The two Bangladesh nationals, abducted by unknown militants in Libya and then set free, returned home Monday.

The duo- Anowar Hossain from Noakhali and Helal Uddin from Jamalpur-  landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport by an Emirates Airlines flight at about 5pm, reports our Jamalpur correspondent Akramul Haque Suman after talking to Helal's wife over phone.

Helal's wife also said that her husband was scheduled to return home on Sunday but, he missed the flight.

"Helal is now on way to Jamalpur and likely to reach here at early hours Tuesday," she said.
