BARISAL, Feb 24: BNP's student body Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) has called a dawn-to-dusk hartal for Wednesday in six districts of Barisal division protesting against the killing of Agailjhara thana JCD Sports Secretary Tipu and all other BNP activists in different parts of the country.
JCD Barisal district unit Joint Secretary Rasheduzzaman Rashed on Tuesday called the hartal through a press release.
He also urged all JCD leaders and activists to make the hartal a success.
