Chittagong: At least eight people were injured as miscreants hurled patrol bomb at a bus at railway polo ground under Kotwali thana in the city on Wednesday night.

The injured were admitted to Chittagong Medical College Hospital burn unit.

Mohammad Hamid, nayek of CMCH police farry, quoting burn victims said the pro-hartal activists threw patrol bombs at a Newmarket bound bus around 12:00am in the area, leaving eight people injured.
