First ever MOS to hold in BD

First time in Bangladesh, the global talent hunt titled Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)  searching for the best minds in office application is now in Bangladesh, first time ever.
The competition just entered its 13th year and an amazing 750,000 entries from over 40 countries were made in the last MOS World Championship.
In this context, the certified authorized partner for the programme, Digilearn, a concern of Digicon Technologies Ltd signed an essential agreement with Cool Exposure, a media and communication agency in country to conduct all promotion and marketing operations concerning the Bangladesh part of the global race. Digicon Managing Director Wahid Sharif and Cool Exposure (CE) CEO Ershadul Huq Tinku signed the agreement representing respective parts at an event held at Digicon Technologies office at Nikunja in the capital on January 25.
CE Managing Director Mehedi Hasan Mithun , Consultant Gourab Gupta, Admin Head Ashrafuzzaman, Digicon Senior Executive Nabila Sharmin attended the meeting among others.
The programme will be scheduled as universal rule where candidates from age level of 13 to 22 years capable to contest there the finest candidate from the Bangladesh part will be invited to compete in the final stage of the world championship being held in Dallas of Texas in the USA on August 15 this year. The final round will be held in three categories where top three winners from each of the categories will be awarded with scholarship prizes of USD 5,000, 2,000 and 1,000 respectively.
Interested one can apply the contest with registration fee of Tk 800 and they will be provided with the test preparation materials and a training course with duration of 12 learning hours. The best performer in country will win the opportunity to fly to Dallas and take part in the final round alongside the other bests hailed from different corners of the world.
The 2nd, 3rd and 4th performers will win scholarships of BDT 20,000, BDT 15,000 and BDT 10,000 respectively.   
The Microsoft Office Specialist world championship is a global competition that tests young skills on Microsoft Office applications. Joining this mission offers one with an excellent opportunity to showcase your MS Word or Excel, have great fun, impress other comrades and gain recognition.  The Microsoft in Bangladesh is now in an extensive search to pick out the real shark that would stand for our flag in the final round in Dallas.
