30 burnt in petrol bomb attack in capital

At least 30 people, including two women, suffered burn injuries in a petrol bomb attack on a bus in the capital's Demra area on Friday night.

Witnesses said, miscreants hurled a petrol bomb at the Narayanganj-bound bus of 'Glory Paribahan' when it was crossing Khaterpool area in Demra around 9:30pm, leaving at least 30 passengers with burn injuries.

Besides, two others were injured while getting down from the bus.

The injured were admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).
