
The minister, also the chairman of the cabinet committee on law and order made this announcement at a press briefing held at the home ministry.
"We will give Tk 1 lakh as bounty to those who will help the law enforcers to arrest the anarchists," Amu said.
The Industrial minister said, "The committee will be formed in every area to control terrorism and subversive activities."
At least 30 people died in violence across the country in the last 16 days.
"Tough actions would be taken to control this violence," Amu said.
He said, "Innocent people are being killed across the country in petrol bomb attack in the name of political movements."
Earlier on Tuesday, the State Minister for Home Affairs Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal announced the bounty for those who would help the government to arrest petrol bomb attackers.
