State Minister for Home Affairs Asaduzzaman Khan on Tuesday said no one will be allowed to create anarchy in the
country through forging a movement in an undemocratic way.

He made the remarks while talking to reporters after inaugurating a newly constructed building of Chandpur station of Bangladesh Coast Guard in the afternoon.

About the BNP’s planned January 5 rally, the junior minister said the law enforcers will take action as the situation demands.

Claiming that the overall law-and-order situation was good in the outgoing year, he hoped that it will remain the same in 2015 as well as until 2019.

While inaugurating the building, Asaduzzaman said the present government is determined to strengthen the Coast Guard.

Dr Dipu Moni, MP, Coast Guard Director General Rear Admiral M Makbul Hossain, Chandpur deputy commissioner Mohammad Ismail Hossain and superintendent of police Amir were, among others, present on the occasion.
