The results of Primary Terminal Examination, and Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC), 2014 have been published on Tuesday.
A total of 89.85 per cent candidates passed in JSC exam and 93.50 per cent in
JDC. 1,56,235 JSC and JDC candidates achieved the GPA-5.
Some 97.92% students passed in the Primary School Certificate (PSC) while 95.98% passed in Ebtedayee examinations. 2,36,431 students got GPA-5 in PSC and 6,541 got GPA-5 in Ebtedayee.
Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid submitted the results to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the morning.
The JSC and JDC examinations began on November 7 and ended on November 20.
Some 30,94,265 students sit for this year’s Primary Terminal Examination while 20,90,692 for JSC and JDC exams.
The results of JSC and JDC examinations will be available on, www.educationboardresults.gov.bd, the website of the education board and the results of PSC and equivalent examinations will be available on, www.dpe.gov.bd, or http://dpe.teletalk.com.bd, websites.
Besides, JSC-JDC students can collect their results from their institutions and sending text messages from mobile phones. To get the results through SMS, the JSC/JDC students will have to type JSC/JDC boardroll2014 and then send to 16222 number.
The PSC students will have to type DPEThana/upazila_ coderoll and then send to 16222 from any mobile operator and for Ebtedayee, they have to write EBTthana/upazila_coderoll number2014 and then send to 16222 number.
