BNP calls daylong hartal in Gazipur for Saturday

BNP has called a daylong hartal in Gazipur district for Saturday and stage demonstrations across the country to protest imposing section 144 in party Chairperson Khaleda Zia’s meeting place.

Party’s Acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir made the announcement on Friday night after a meeting of senior party leaders, chaired by Khaleda Zia.
