The judgement of the sensational murder case of Golam Shamsul Haider, Assistant Accountant of Rajarbagh Police Telecom Bhaban, will be delivered Wednesday.

Shahed Noor Uddin, the judge of the First Speedy Trial Tribunal (STT) of Dhaka, is expected to deliver the judgement.

Special Public Prosecutor(SPP) Md Abu Abdullah Bhuiyan told this correspondent on Tuesday night that Golam Shamsul Haider, Assistant Accountant of Police Telecom Bhaban was brutally killed in broad daylight by some miscreants on September 6, 2006  in front of his government quarters at the AGB colony in Motijheel.

In this connection, elder brother of the victim, Md Abul Kalam Azad, filed a murder case with the Motijheel Police Station on the same day.

Detective Branch (DB) of Police Inspector Anwarul Haque Bhuiyan submitted the charge sheet on July 17, 2008 accusing Md Abdul Latif, Chief Accountant,  Hafijul Hossain, Assistant Accountant of Rajarbagh Police Telecom Bhaban, Anwar Hossain, Superintendent,  Office of the  Chief Accounts  Officer  of  Home Ministry and six others.
