Noted journalist and international analyst Jaglul Ahmed Chowdhury died in a tragic road accident on Saturday night. Police said the accident happened in front of Basundhara City near Karwan Bazar at about 10pm on Saturday.
Jaglul Ahled Chowdhury served as the Managing Director and Chief Editor of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS). Besides, he served in important positions of the mass media.
BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia expressed deep shock at the death of journalist Jaglul Ahmed Chowdhury. She also prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family.
