A Dhaka court on Sunday deferred the recording deposition of Zia Charitable Trust and Zia Orphanage Trust graft cases till November 24.
Bashudev Roy of the Special Judge's Court-3, re-fixed the date as the appeal petition of the defence was pending at the Appellate Division.
BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia reached at the make-shift court at Bakshi Bazar area in the capital around 11am.
Earlier, the court fixed October 26 for recording deposition of the cases but Khaleda Zia did not present on that day.
Later, Bashudev Roy of the Special Judge's Court-3 asked her to appear on November 9.
BNP chief appeared before the court on the cases last time on September 17.
The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) filed the two cases in 2008 and 2011 against Khaleda, her son Tarique Rahman and four others for embezzling Tk 2.1 crore.
