SHERPUR, Nov 05: A boy who failed in the test examination for the 2015 year's SSC examination allegedly committed suicide on Tuesday night at Uttar Garkanda in Nalitabari upazila as he could not bear the pain of failing in the exams.
The deceased was identified as Jahangir Hossain,17, a class X student of Taraganj Pilot High School and son of Afsar Ali of the area.
Quoting family members, police said Jahangir hanged himself from the ceiling of his room at about 7:00pm after being informed that he failed in his test examination.
Family members found his body hanging from the ceiling with a scarf. Later, they rushed him to Nalitabari upazila health complex where on-duty doctors declared him dead.    ?UNB
