Coats Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Paul Forman arrived in Dhaka on Saturday to join the celebration programme of 25 years of partnership of Coats Bangladesh to be held in the city today (Sunday).
Paul Forman was appointed as the Group CEO of Coats plc in December 2009.
Paul was previously Group Chief Executive of Low & Bonar plc, a global performance materials group, quoted on the London Stock Exchange. 
Prior to that, he was managing director at Unipart Automotive -- the leading European automotive aftermarket distributor -- with more than 500 branches across three continents.
Paul has a vast experience across global manufacturing, as well as strategy consultancy and mergers and acquisitions advisory services.
After completing an MA in English at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge, he began his career with global management consultancy firm, Bain & Company and later with Mergers and Acquisitions in the City of London.
Paul went on to help build start-up strategy consultancy, The Kalchas Group, before becoming director of Strategy and then head of Asia for Caradon, later known as Novar, a FTSE 100 building materials group.
