Tangail Police Super Saleh Mohammad Tanvir was also present.
Meanwhile, police on Thursday arrested seven more people in connection with early Tuesday's killing of four family members by setting fire to their home in Mirzapur upazila.
But, the prime suspect of the the incident could not be arrested yet.
Hasna Begum, 35, wife of Mujibur Rahman, an expatriate in Malaysia, alongwith her three daughters was burnt alive when miscreants set ablaze their house at Dakkhin Sohagpara village in Tangail early Tuesday.
