Sachin Tendulkar to visit Dhaka in mid-October

Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar will visit Bangladesh in mid-October to participate a renaming programme of a cricket Club.

Responding to an invitation Lutfor Rahman Badal, chairman of the cricket committee of Gazi Tank Cricket Club, the cricket legend will arrive in Dhaka on October 14 on the occasion of Gazi Tank Cricket Club.

Badal purchased the cricket club last year. Later, he sought permission from Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) to rename the club into ‘Legends of Rupaganj’.

The renaming of the club has been approved on Tuesday. Tendulkar will inaugurate the new name of the cricket club.
