Sohag Gazi's bowling action was examined at Cardiff in Wales, UK on September 20 last.
"He has been suspended by the ICC," BCB cricket operations committee chairman Akram Khan said. "The CEO [Nizamuddin Ahmed] just told me that his action is over the 15-degree mark. The ICC hasn't yet told the BCB the next course of action."
