BNP Acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said that it would be a great mistake of the government if it considers BNP’s call for dialogue a weakness.
“BNP does not want conflict, rather wants a solution of political crisis through dialogue. The government will do a great mistake if considers BNP’s call a weakness. There will be no alternatives to wage a movement if the government denies holding talks,” he said.

“Awami League will have to come forward to resolve the political crisis and for this, dialogue is the only effective way,” Fakhrul reiterated his demand.
He also demanded trial of Latif Siddqui under the country’s existing law.
