Missing man found dead in Rangamati's Kaptai Lake

Police recovered the body of a missing person from Kaptai Lake in Rangamati district on Friday.

The body was found in the afternoon floating in Saw Mill area of ​​Gitashram Colony, Reserve Bazar, Rangamati town.

The dead was identified as Mongri Rakhine, a resident of Reserve Bazar area.

Eyewitnesses said they saw the body floating in the area and informed police. Being informed, police recovered the body and sent it to morgue for autopsy.

His family members said that Mongri Rakhine had been missing for the last two days. Unable to find him, they filed a diary with Rangamati Kotwali Police Station.
