A two-day 45th National Science and Technology Week, Science Fair, eighth Science Olympiad, eighth Science Quiz and Seminar were inaugurated at Rangamati district with the theme of 'Prosperity in Science and Technology Innovation'.
On Sunday morning, Rangamati Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Mosharraf Hossain Khan inaugurated the science fair on Rangamati District Administration office premises organized by the district administration and National Science and Technology Museum under the patronage of Ministry of Science and Technology.
Rangamati Police Superintendent Mir Abu Tauhid, Additional Deputy Commissioner Saiful Islam, Additional Deputy Commissioner Education and ICT Nasreen Sultana and other officials were present at the inauguration ceremony.
On the occasion of the 45th National Science and Technology Week, students from various educational institutions of the district presented science-based projects in 40 stalls.
