Two motorcyclists were killed when a Rajbari-bound truck hit their vehicle at Chandpur of Pangsha upazila of Rajbari district on Saturday afternoon.
The deceased were Rimon, 22, son of Razzak Fakir Kuripara village of Babupara union, and Galib, 20, son of Abul Kalam Azad of the same area.
Sub-Inspector of Pangsha Highway police station AKM Hasanuzzaman said during the incident the Rimon died on the spot and Galib died on his way to hospital.
He said police seized the truck but the driver managed to flee the spot.
