Unidentified man found dead in Mymensingh pond

Police recovered the body an unidentified young man from a pond at Gafargaon upazila in Mymensingh on Thursday.

According to police, local people spotted the body of the man, aged around 32, floating on the water of a pond in Gafargaon Railway Station in the morning and informed police.

On information, police recovered the body from the pond and sent it to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital morgue for an autopsy.

Gafargaon Police Station officer-in-charge Faruk Ahmed said police are trying to find out the identity of the body.
