Body of man found in Kaptai Lake

Police on Thursday recovered the body of a man from Kaptai Lake at Sadar upazila in Rangamati district.
The deceased was identified as Ilyas Hossain Kanchan, 30, son of Ali Akbar, a resident of the upazila.
Police said local spotted the body floating in the lake this morning and informed police.
On information, police recovered the body, said Rangamati Kotwali Police Station officer in-charge Kabir Hossain.
Various parts of the body have been rotted due to being in the water for a long time, he added.
