The place of my dreams
I know a place where there are trees everywhere.
A place with blossomed flowers here and there!
Somewhere, where blue rivers and streams flow.
A place where gentle breezes blow!
Somewhere, where my mind travels now and then.
Today it's being described on paper with a pen!
It's a place with beautiful bushes and soft grass.
A place which is impossible to just pass!
I wish it was here, for all of us to share.
But alas! We humans are not so fair!
Humans have spoilt its beauty with their deeds.
Today on that apple tree, no swallow feeds!
Today that place has become a factory.
Where poisonous gases and toxics are released for free!
Now that place exists not at all.
From mankind, the word kind does fall!
We need to share the pain of that place.
This now has lost its mesmerizing glaze!
Humans, I ask, when you will stop?
When all the trees on our earth are chopped?
