Stop use of hydraulic horn by 48 hrs : HC

The High Court on Wednesday directed the the authorities concerned to stop use of hydraulic horn in the vehicles plying in the metropolitan area of Dhaka.

Rresponding to a writ petition, an HC bench of Justice Kazi Reza-Ul Haque and Justice Mohammad Ullah passed the order.

At the same time, the court asked to seize the horns available in the markets. 

Earlier, Supreme Court lawyer advocate Manzill Murshid filed a writ seeking court instructions to stop using the horns in the capital that causes sound pollution.
