Food habits to safeguard heart from diseases

We all are scared of cardiac arrest and other forms of heart diseases. We feel that our life is near end when we are diagnosed with heart diseases. Heart problem was limited to only old people in the past but now it has become the problem of youth as well.
There are some factors responsible for heart diseases such as uncontrolled diet, sedentary lifestyle, extra calorie intake etc.
Before going to the reason, let's have a look at the types of heart diseases.
Heart failure:
One of the most common complications of heart diseases heart failure occurs when your heart can't pump enough blood to meet your body's needs.
Stroke:
The risk factors that lead to cardiovascular disease also can lead to an ischemic stroke, which happens when the arteries to your brain are narrowed or blocked so that too little blood reaches your brain. A stroke is a medical emergency when brain tissue begins to die within just a few minutes of a stroke.

Heart attack:
 A blood clot blocking the blood flow through a blood vessel that feeds the heart causes a heart attack, possibly damaging or destroying a part of the heart muscle.
Sudden cardiac arrest:
Cardiac arrest is the sudden, unexpected loss of heart function, breathing and consciousness, often caused by an arrhythmia.
To prevent this disease, we can follow the below list:
A little lifestyle changes can help you prevent heart disease. For instance,
1.    Quit smoking.
2.    Control other health conditions, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.
3.    Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.
4.    Eat a diet that's low in salt and saturated fat.
5.    Maintain a healthy weight.
6.    Reduce and manage stress.
7.    Practice good hygiene.
Diet for heart disease:
1.    Leafy green vegetables like spinach, kale and collard greens are well-known for their richness in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. ln particular, they're a great source of vitamin K, which helps protect your arteries and promote proper blood clotting.
2.    Whole grains include all three nutrient-rich parts of the grain: germ, endosperm and bran. Grains, whole grains are higher in fiber, which may help reduce "bad" LDL cholesterol and decrease the risk of heart disease. Whole grains include whole wheat, brown rice, oats, rye, barley, buckwheat and quinoa.
3. Fatty fish and fish oil are both high in omega-3 fatty acids and may help reduce heart disease risk factors, including blood pressure, triglycerides and cholesterol.
4. Nuts are incredibly nutrient-dense, boasting a long list of vitamins and minerals that are crucial to heart health.They're also a good source of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and fiber, two important nutrients that can help protect against heart disease.
5.    Garlic and its components have been shown to help reduce blood pressure and cholesterol. They may also help inhibit blood clot formation.
6.    Olive oil is packed with antioxidants, which can relieve inflammation and decrease the risk of chronic disease. It's also rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, and many studies have associated it with improvements in heart health.
Along with eating habits, you need to look at the body's excess weight loss. Meal rules are very important. If you follow the above mentioned rules, you can get rid of this disease.
