Housemaid allegedly raped

A housemaid was allegedly raped by her employer in Gulshan area of Dhaka on Wednesday. Bachhu Mia, Sub Inspector in-charge of the DMCH police outpost said  the victim, a Garo girl, was admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for treatment and medical test, Abu Bakar Siddique, Officer-in-Charge of Gulshan Police Station, told The Daily Observer that that they got the allegation of the incident. Police said the girl from Sherpur, took a job as a housemaid at the residence of one Yusuf in Kalachandpur area in late January.
