JOYPURHAT, Feb 13: Due to faults, nomination papers of one chairman candidate and three vice-chairman candidates of two upazilas were cancelled after scrutiny on Tuesday.
The candidates whose papers were cancelled are: Jahurul Islam Sobuj, independent chairman candidate for Kalai Upazila Parishad; Fazlur Rahman and Golam Rabbani, vice-chairman candidates for the same upazila; and Aram Ali, vice-chairman candidate for Khetlal Upazila Parishad.
