It contains zinc vitamin B, Vitamin A, Lactic acid, etc. Lactic acid balances the melanin in our skin and exfoliates the dry cells which the citric acid in lemon cannot do. Yogurt fulfils the need of riboflavin in our body. Zinc helps in regeneration of cells, hair, nails etc. Everyday 250mg yogurt should be taken to become fit. Copper present in yogurt maintains the tone of our skin, strengthening root of hair and nails."

Yogurt for tan removal
One can apply yogurt mixing with glycerine and rose water to face after coming from outside. This will help in tan removal. Dark circles can also be reduced by applying this paste with a piece of cotton. Face Pack can be made by mixing two table spoons of yogurt, honey, avocado oil or olive oil and little amount of warm oats. This pack should be kept half an hour and then the face should be massaged.
Face pack for sensitive skin
In case of sensitive skin, fat enriched yogurt has to be mixed with two table spoon of aloe-vera gel and honey. Then apply it on face for few minutes. Wash it off after 20-25 minutes.
Face Pack for whitening...
Take yogurt, red gram seed paste (mosur dal) a very little amount of turmeric powder, orange peel should be mixed. The paste can be applied for after massaging and deep cleansing. Then it should be rinsed with luke-warm water.
Face Pack for dry skin
For dry mixture one table spoon of coconut paste, two table spoons of yogurt and honey can be used as face pack. It will help to glow and moisture the skin.
