Strawberry Panna Cotta
Ingredients: Full cream milk 1/2 litar, China grass 10 gram, Strawberry Puree 1/4 cup, sugar 2 tbs, Strawberry essence 2 drops, Condenced milk 1/2 cup, Whipped cream powder 1 table spoon, Strawberry jello 1/2 packet, Red food color 1 drop.
Method: Chop the china grass and sock them in water for 10 minutes. In a pan melt them in low heat. Add sugar in strawberry puree and heat it for two minutes. In another pot add rest of the ingredients and heat them for two minutes. Add melted china grass in two of the mixtures. Blend them and strain it properly. Now in glasses add strawberry mixture and keep them in angle. Chill it properly. After 1 hour add the another mixture and again chill them. Ready to serve.
Ingredients: Milk 1 liter, Chinigura Rice 250 gram, Strawberry juice 1 cup, Strawberry julian cut 1 table spoon, Cinnamon 1 stick, Cardamom 2 ps, Bay Leaf 1 ps, Sugar 1/2 cup, Peanut 1 table spoon.
Method: Clean the rice and sock them in water for a while. Boil the rice and strain. Blend them lightly. Heat the milk and make it thick. Add cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf. Add the blended rice. After a while add strawberry juice and roasted peanut and stir properly. Turn off the burner. Serve in a bowl and add some julian cut strawberry for garnishing.
Strawberry Iced Tea
Ingredients: Strawberry choped 1 cup, Sugar 2 tsp, Black tea 1 tsp, Lemon juice 1 tsp, Water 500 ml, Crushed ice.
Method: Heat the pot with water and boil the chopped strawberry. Strain the syrup and add sugar. When the sugar will melt turn off the burner and chill. In another pot boil the water with tea. Strain it and chill. Now for serving in a glass fill 1/3 portion with strawverry syrup, another 1/3 portion with tea and rest of the portion with ice.
