Stocks witness mixed trend

Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) witnessed mixed trend on the first trading day of the week on Sunday.

On the premier bourse, turnover, an important indicator of the market, stood at Tk 844.80 crore.

The DSEX in the country's main bourse stood at 5,410 points decreasing 7 points.

The DSE Shariah Index (DSES) reached 1,257 points increasing 6 points.

The DS30 index rose 3 points to stand at 1,902 points.

Of the issues traded today, 120 advanced, 183 declined and 38 remained unchanged.

Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) stood at Tk 31.12 crore today.

Selective Category Index - CSCX - increased 35 points stood at 16,695 points.

Of the issues traded, 105 gained, 124 declined and 21 remained unchanged.
