Delta Life board meets tomorrow

Delta Life Insurance Company Limited (Delta Life) has organised its board meeting at the company's head office in the city at 3:00pm tomorrow (June 21, 2018).
The Delta Life board members will consider, among others, its un-audited financial statements for the First Quarter (Q1) period that concluded on March 31, 2018 in the meeting.

ECL holds 31st AGM June 30The 31st annual general meeting (AGM) of Eastern Cables Limited (ECL) will be held at 11:00am on June 30, 2018 on its factory premises at North Patenga in Chattogram.
Other information in connection with the company's AGM will remain unchanged.

PLFL disburses cash dividendPremier Leasing & Finance Limited (PLFL) has disbursed cash dividend for its shareholders for the year that concluded on December 31, 2017 to their respective bank accounts through Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN) system.
The company also credited bonus shares through Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL) to its respective shareholders' beneficiary owner (BO) accounts on June 12, 2018.
Sale proceeds of the company's fractional bonus share will be credited to the bank accounts of the respective shareholders through BEFTN system in due course upon receipt of the proceeds.

Asia Ins disburses cash dividendwarrants from July 3
Asia Insurance Limited (Asia Ins) will disburse cash dividend warrants to its shareholders from July 3, 2018 to July 5, 2018 for the year that ended on December 31, 2017 from the company's share department at its head office at Rupayan Trade Centre on Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue in the city's Bangla Motor area in between 10:30am to 5:00pm.
The company's undelivered dividend warrants will be dispatched through courier service later.

Buy intention of MTB sharesMd Abdul Malek, sponsor/director of Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB), will buy 1,00,000 shares of the bank at prevailing market price (In the Public Market) through stock exchanges (DSE and CSE) within next 30 working days.

Republic Ins credits bonus sharesRepublic Insurance Company Limited (Republic Ins) has credited the bonus shares for its shareholders for the year that ended on December 31, 2017 through Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL) to the respective shareholders' beneficiary owner (BO) accounts on June 12, 2018.    SOURCE: DSE/CSE
