CCCI President urges Quader for a four lane Ctg-Rangamati-Khagrachari Road

CHITTAGONG, Feb 13: Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) President Mahabubul Alam has urged Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader to upgrade the Chittagong-Rangamati-Khagrachari Road into a four lane one, said a press release on Wednesday.
He also pointed out the decreasing number of tourists in the area.
Mahabubul Alam also said having all potential of the tourist sector, the places including hills, lakes and fountains are losing its beauty and value gradually due to negligence.
Due to lack of beautification and renovation, tourists are not showing interest to move the place, added the press release.
So the CCCI President urged Minister Obaidul Quader to upgrade the Chittagong-Rangamati-Khagrachari road into a four lane that will attract more tourists as well as the locals would also be able to do their business smoothly.
