SSC examinee attempts suicide after being expelled

A female SSC examinee allegedly tried to commit suicide on Tuesday after being expelled from the centre in Savar for adopting unfair means in Physics examination.


Students of Adhorchandra High School examination centre said representatives of upazila nirbahi magistrate and centre in-charge Mezbah Uddin caught the girl red handed while she was writing in her answersheet looking the answer written on her hand. And he expelled her.

 

Being ashamed of the expulsion, she jumped from the first floor of the centre building, leaving her injured.

 

She was admitted to Savar Upazila Health Complex.

 

Adhorchandra High School headmaster Ratan Peter Gomez said that the student has been expelled for cheating.
