Angelo Mathews led Sri Lanka National Cricket Team arrived in Dhaka on Saturday morning to play the tri-nation series against Bangladesh and Zimbabwe and a bilateral series against Bangladesh as well.
The tri-nation series will start on January 15 with the match between Bangladesh and Zimbabwe at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium (SBNCS) at Mirpur.
The Lions reached at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 11:35 am.
Sri Lanka will play their first match of the tournament against Zimbabwe which is the second match of the tournament scheduled to be held on January 17.
After the triangular series, Sri Lanka will take part in a two-match Test series against Bangladesh. The first Test will be held from January 31 to February 4 at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong while the second Test will be played on February 8-12 at SBNCS at Mirpur.
The Lankan players are also scheduled to play a two-match T20I series against the host scheduled to be held on February 15 and 18 at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Sylhet.
