ACI disburses final cash dividend

The final cash dividend including sales proceeds of fractional bonus shares of ACI Limited (ACI) has been credited to the shareholders on Tuesday (January 9, 2018) through Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN) system.
The company's shareholders having folio number and BEFTN non-compatible/absent of bank details in the BOID have been requested to collect the dividend warrants from its Share Office at 9 Motijheel C/A in the capital during 10:00am to 4:00pm on January 10-11 and 14, 2018. The remaining dividend warrants will be distributed through courier service to the registered mailing address of the respective shareholders.

Sale intention of Keya Cosmetics shares
Keya Yarn Mills Limited, corporate director of Keya Cosmetics Limited (Keya Cosmetics), will sell 1,72,00,000 shares out of its total holding of 14,75,88,631 shares of the company at prevailing market price (in the Public Market) through stock exchange (DSE) within next 30 working days.

Sale completion of co shares
NFML: Akther Hossain Babul, sponsor/director of National Feed Mill Limited (NFML), has completed his sale of 28,40,000 shares of the company at prevailing market price through stock exchange as announced earlier.
WMS: Western Marine Services Limited, a corporate sponsor of Western Marine Shipyard Limited - WMS (in their declaration dated on December 7, 2017 they mistakenly stated them as a placement shareholder) has completed its sale of 14,62,150 shares of the company at prevailing market price through stock exchange as announced earlier.

Apex Foods: Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the entity (Surveillance) rating of Apex Foods Limited (Apex Foods) as 'A2' along with a stable outlook based on its audited financial statements up to June 30, 2017 and other relevant quantitative and qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
BWTL: Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the entity rating (Surveillance) of Bengal Windsor Thermoplastics Limited (BWTL) as 'AA3' along with a stable outlook based on its audited financial statements up to June 30, 2017 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
GSL: Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the entity rating (Surveillance) of Golden Son Limited (GSL) as 'BBB1' along with negative outlook based on its audited financial statements up to June 30, 2017 and bank liability position as on November 30, 2017.    SOURCE: DSE/CSE
