Lankan team lands Dhaka

Sri Lanka cricket team, led by Angelo Mathews, arrived this (Saturday) morning to take part in the triangular series also involving host Bangladesh and Zimbabwe scheduled to begin on Monday (January 15) at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium (SBNCS) at Mirpur.
The Islanders reached at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 11.35 am. Sri Lanka will open their tournament campaign when they will face Zimbabwe in the second match of the tournament scheduled to be held on January 17, BSS reports.
After the triangular series, the Islanders will take part a two-match Test series against Bangladesh. The first Test will be held on January 31 to February 4 at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong while the second Test will be played on February 8-12 at SBNCS at Mirpur.
The team will also participate a two-match T20I series against the host scheduled to be held on February 15 and 18 at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Sylhet.
