Peninsula Ctg in 'B' category from December 10

The Peninsula Chittagong Limited (Peninsula Ctg) will be placed in 'B' category from existing 'A' category with effect from December 10, 2017 as the company has approved 5 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year that concluded on June 30, 2017.
As per SEC directive and BSEC order dated on October 27, 2015; stockbrokers and merchant bankers have been requested not to provide loan facilities to their clients against trading of the shares of PENINSULA up to 30 trading days from December 10, 2017.

Appollo Ispat holds AGM Dec 23
The 23rd annual general meeting (AGM) of Appollo Ispat Complex Limited (Appollo Ispat) will be held at 11:00am on December 23, 2017 at the Phoenix Tower-2 in the city's Tejgaon Industrial Area.
Other information in connection with the AGM will remain unchanged.

Sale/buy intention of co shares
WMS: Western Marine Services Limited -- a Placement Shareholder of Western Marine Shipyard Limited (WMS) -- where Abu Md Fazle Rashid is the MD of Western Marine Services Limited and also a Director of Western Marine Shipyard Limited, will sell 14,62,150 shares out of 35,13,431 shares of the company at prevailing market price through Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (DSE) in the Public Market.
Premier Cement: Nashira Sultana, sponsor of Premier Cement Mills Limited (Premier Cement), will sell her entire holdings of 36,43,080 shares of the company at prevailing market price (in the BLOCK Market) through stock exchange, within next 30 working days.
These shares will be bought by Roknoor Holdings Limited where Mohammed Amirul Haque is the MD of Roknoor Holdings Limited and also a sponsor/director of Premier Cement (News disseminated on December 6, 2017 by DSE).
Ibn Sina: M Ataur Rahman, director (Nominated Director by IBN Sina Trust) of The Ibn Sina Pharmaceutical Industry Limited (Ibn Sina), will buy 3,000 shares of the company at prevailing market price (in the Public Market) through stock exchange within next 30 working days.    SOURCE: DSE/CSE
