First English League player to play in Bangladesh!

Rohan Ricketts, former Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur player is in Dhaka and expected to play for the first time in Bangladesh Premier League Football for Dhaka Abahani Ltd.
Ricketts is one of the most travelled professional footballers and is all set to be the first ever English Premier League player to play in Bangladesh domestic football tournament.
Rohan is the third English player that the giant has flown in.  Born in London, Rohan Ricketts started his career with Arsenal winning the FA Youth Cup in 2000 and 2001. He made one appearance for Arsenal in League Cup aganist Manchester United at old trafford.
Rohan Ricketts has also represented England U18 and U21 team back in early 2000s.
Ricketts said, "I am really thrilled to be in Bangladesh and really looking forward to play here if everything works out. In addition to playing good football, I hope to contribute in the development of Bangladesh football".
